What U will do:
Manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate customer invoicing, annual indexation, payment collection, and account reconciliation
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate customer records in the accounting system, including uploading new contracts into Deltek and setting up billing profiles in Fee Forecast
Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
Support cashflow management with a strong focus on cash collection and debtor reporting
Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales teams, and the Executive team on client account matters
Assist with month‑end processing, reconciliations, and other finance support tasks
U will be someone with:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
